A day of remembrance for Christians killed in Peshawar

Most respected Community Pastors and community members

As you aware on Sunday, September 21st, 2013, two suicide terrorists blew themselves up in All Saints Anglican Church, Peshawar, Pakistan.

Due to their cowardly and cruel acts of terrorism, more than 150 parishioners have been killed to date and over 200 are wounded and struggling for their lives in different hospitals across Pakistan.

The Pakistani Christian community across the world is in a state of deep shock and mourning, learning about the deaths of their brethren in Peshawar, Pakistan. The attack on the Church is seen as an attack on the right to assemble to worship freely in Pakistan. The attack on a Christian place of worship is the most deadly in a series of attacks and threats targeting the Christian community living in Pakistan.

International Christian Voice Canada has organized a day of remembrance to show our solidarity with the families of the deceased, the wounded and the suffering in this incident.

I will appreciate if you can spare some of your precious time to join us at this service to show your solidarity with the Christians of Pakistan especially with the suffering families of this incident.
